Suppcity Australia offers reliable shipping across the country through trusted courier partners. This page outlines our typical handling times, delivery speeds, and shipping costs to help you plan your order.
Handling Time Before Dispatch
Once your order is placed, please allow for a handling time of 2 to 7 business days before your package is shipped. This is because:
- We source stock from multiple partner warehouses.
- Products may be transferred internally before final dispatch.
Handling time is separate from the transit time shown below.
- Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra): 2–5 business days
- Regional Cities (Gold Coast, Hobart, Newcastle, Geelong, etc.): 3–6 business days
- Remote Locations: Up to 7 business days

Standard Shipping – Free Nationwide
Standard shipping is free on all orders across Australia, no minimum spend required.
Express Shipping Options
We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate for faster delivery:

Important Delivery Notes
- Handling time must be added to delivery estimates.
- Orders may arrive in multiple shipments if stocked at different warehouses.
- Public holidays and peak periods may cause slight delays.
- Weekend deliveries are limited based on courier availability.
- We mainly use Australia Post, Sendle, and StarTrack.
Delivery Restrictions
- We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or international addresses (except New Zealand).
- Some hazardous items or oversized products may not be deliverable to remote or restricted areas. Any issues will be flagged at checkout.
