Wrong Item Sent or Returned by Mistake
In rare cases, if Suppcity delivers the wrong item to you, you are welcome to return the incorrect item to us at no cost. Please ensure that you return the correct and complete item that was mistakenly sent, including all original packaging and accessories.
How to Proceed
- Contact our support team at support@suppcity.com.au to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return label and return instructions.
- Pack the item carefully and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier point.
Items Sent to Suppcity by Mistake
If you accidentally send an incorrect item to Suppcity (for example, your own product instead of ours), please note:
- Suppcity does not store or return unsolicited or mistakenly sent items.
- When possible and appropriate, we may dispose of or recycle such items safely.
- We cannot guarantee retrieval of incorrect items sent to us, and no compensation is offered for such items.
