At Suppcity.com.au, we occasionally offer promotional codes that provide discounts or special offers. Please review the following general terms that apply when using a promotional code, in addition to any specific conditions shown on the applicable product page.
General Terms for Promotional Codes
- Promotional codes are valid for a limited time only and expire on the date specified in the offer.
- Each promotional code can be redeemed once per customer unless otherwise noted.
- Codes apply only to qualifying products as listed in the offer details.
- Promotions are subject to the restrictions set forth in the individual offer description.
- Promotional codes are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.
- If you return an item purchased with a promotional code, the discount will be deducted from your return credit. Only the amount actually paid will be refunded.
- Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards, or to pay for delivery costs, gift wrapping, or products sold by third-party sellers.
- Unused promotional codes are not viewable or retrievable from your Account Settings.
- Promotional codes may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Codes cannot be used to purchase Suppcity.com.au Gift Cards.
- Only one promotional code may be used per customer per promotion.
- Violation of any terms will render the promotional code invalid.
