Communications with Suppcity Employees

We expect our customers to treat all Suppcity employees with dignity and respect. Using obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful language during interactions with Suppcity employees is a violation of our Terms of Service.

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all of our staff. If we determine that a customer engages in inappropriate language or behavior toward our employees, we will take appropriate measures to address the situation.

We do not tolerate the following behaviors:

  • Direct or indirect threats, including threats of physical harm or any other type of harm.
  • Verbal conduct that offends, humiliates, or intimidates an individual based on personal characteristics, such as religion, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, or other protected attributes β€” including repeated misgendering.
  • Obscene or sexually explicit language or sounds.
  • Attempts to communicate with Suppcity employees outside of authorized communication channels, such as through personal emails, personal phone numbers, or social media platforms.

Engaging in any of these behaviors may result in actions taken by Suppcity, which can include, but are not limited to, restricting your ability to communicate with our staff or closing your account entirely.
