Sometimes your card issuer or bank may require you to complete an additional verification step using 3D Secure (3DS), a One-Time Password (OTP), or other security measures when making a payment at Suppcity.com.au.
Important: You must successfully complete the verification process before we can fulfill your order or complete your transaction.
How Payment Verification Works
If your payment requires verification, you will either:
- Be prompted during checkout to complete an online authentication process; or
- Receive an email from Suppcity asking you to verify your payment method.
To verify your payment:
- Click the Verify button in the email, or visit your Your Orders page.
- Locate your order and select Verify.
- Follow the steps provided to complete verification or update your payment method if needed.
During Checkout
During checkout, your bank might redirect you inside our website to complete payment verification. This is a secure and standard process designed to protect your account from unauthorised transactions.
Common Verification Methods
- Entering a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS, email, or mobile banking app.
- Authorising the transaction inside your banking mobile app.
After successful verification, you’ll be redirected back to Suppcity and receive your order confirmation.
What to Do if Verification Fails?
If you encounter an error during verification:
- Double-check the OTP or authentication code you entered.
- Ensure your mobile number and email address registered with your bank are correct.
- Contact your bank directly if you continue facing issues.
- Alternatively, update your payment method through Your Orders and try again.
Tips for a Smooth Verification Process
- Make sure your contact details are up to date with your bank.
- Use the latest version of your bank’s mobile app.
- Check your SMS, inbox, and spam folders for authentication codes.
- If facing technical issues, clear your browser’s cache or try another browser.
Important Reminders
- If payment verification is not completed within the required time, your order will be automatically cancelled.
- To reorder, simply visit Your Orders and click Buy Again or place a new order from the product page.
- If you receive a verification email for an order you didn’t place, please contact our support team immediately.
