We know how important it is to receive your order on time. If your delivery hasn’t arrived yet, this guide will help you understand the common causes of delays — and what you can do next.


Start by Tracking Your Order

For the latest updates on your shipment, please visit your Your Orders page. You'll find:

  • Current tracking status
  • Courier information
  • Updated estimated delivery dates

If tracking shows "In Transit," your package is still making its way to you!


Why Deliveries May Be Late

  • Incomplete or incorrect address: Missing apartment/unit numbers or typos can delay courier delivery.
  • Weather disruptions: Severe storms, flooding, or natural events may temporarily halt delivery services.
  • Out-of-stock issues: Sometimes items may temporarily become unavailable after ordering but before shipment.
  • Transit damage: Packages that are damaged en route may be returned to us by the carrier without reaching you.

Actions You Can Take

  • Review your address details: Make sure your shipping address is correct via Your Orders.
  • Add delivery notes: If your property is hard to access, update your address with delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, landmarks).
  • Check payment status: Unsettled payments can hold orders from dispatching — verify that your transaction completed successfully.
  • Allow 24-48 hours: Minor delays often resolve themselves, and parcels arrive within a day or two beyond the expected date.
