  • Address Accuracy: Always double-check that your delivery address is correct, complete, and up-to-date at checkout to avoid delays.
  • Postcode-Based Estimates: For accurate delivery times and charges, update your postcode in the top navigation bar or save it in your Account Settings

Factors Affecting Delivery Speeds

  • Public Holidays and Peak Periods: Delays may occur during public holidays, Christmas, Black Friday, or sales events due to increased volume.
  • Weather and Natural Disruptions: Severe weather, floods, or unforeseen events may impact transit times.
  • Warehouse Relocation: Some items are shipped from multiple warehouses; transit times may vary based on stock location.

Order Processing and Cutoff Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM AEST usually begin processing the same day (subject to stock availability).
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Certain items may show an “Order Within” timer on their product page for same-day dispatch eligibility.
  • Stock Availability: If an item is temporarily out of stock, the estimated delivery window will automatically adjust at checkout.

Special Delivery Cases

  • Weekend Deliveries: Some courier services deliver on Saturdays, but Sunday and public holiday deliveries are generally not available.
