Returning an item at Nutricity.com.au is fast, secure, and easy. Follow the steps below to initiate and complete your return efficiently.


How to Initiate a Return

Start by emailing us at support@nutricity.com.au from the same email address you used to place the order. This helps us verify your purchase and protect your account security.

Note: Return requests from different email addresses may experience delays pending verification.

After You Contact Us:

  • Our team will verify your order and assess your return request.
  • If eligible, we will email you a prepaid return label.
  • Simply print the label, attach it securely to your package, and follow the provided return instructions.

Return Options

  • Pickup Service: Available in most metro areas. A courier will collect the package from your address.
  • Drop-Off: If pickup isn’t available, you may drop the parcel at an Australia Post or courier drop-off location using the provided return label.

Reimbursement: If you self-ship your return without a prepaid label, Nutricity will refund up to AUD $17 for return postage upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt.


Preparing Your Return

  • Use the original packaging where possible. Otherwise, use sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts associated with the product.
  • Affix the prepaid return label clearly on the outside of the package.

Important Reminders:

  • Each label is valid for only one item. Do not combine multiple returns in one parcel unless instructed.
  • Protect faulty or fragile items carefully to avoid damage during transit.
  • Erase all personal data from electronics before sending them back.

Special Return Cases

Large or Bulky Items

  • Large or heavy items may require special pickup arrangements.
  • Self-shipping may be needed for regional areas where pickup is unavailable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Clearly mention product faults in your return email.
  • No return shipping fees apply if the item is verified as faulty.

Gift Returns

  • Gift items must be returned with a valid order ID or gift receipt.

Electronic Items

  • Backup and erase all personal data from devices like laptops, phones, or tablets.

Hazardous Materials

  • Nutricity does not accept returns of dangerous goods (e.g., flammable liquids or restricted batteries).
  • Contact local authorities or EPA Australia for safe disposal instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Shipping reimbursement (up to AUD $17) will be credited separately after receipt validation.

Note: Missing paperwork or unauthorized shipping methods may cause refund delays.
