Waiting for your order to ship? Here's what you need to know and the steps you can take to get updates about your delivery.
First Things to Check
Before contacting our support team, please check these details in your Your Orders page:
- Ensure your shipping address is complete (include unit, apartment, or level numbers if needed).
- Verify your payment was processed successfully — sometimes pending payments delay shipping.
- Check if the product you ordered is in stock or marked as pre-order / temporarily unavailable.
💬 In some cases, we proactively upgrade your shipping to faster options — free of charge — if we anticipate delays.
Why Estimated Delivery Might Change
- Address errors: Invalid or incomplete addresses can delay the dispatch process.
- PO Boxes: Oversized items may not qualify for PO Box or locker delivery.
- Payment Holds: Items may be held if there are issues verifying your payment.
- Stock Fluctuations: Rarely, an item goes out of stock after your purchase but before shipping. We'll notify you if delays are expected.
Tip: Orders placed during peak periods (sales, holidays) may have slightly extended processing times.
Getting Closer to Estimated Delivery but Still Not Shipped?
Don't worry if shipping hasn't happened yet and the estimated delivery date is approaching. In many cases:
- Orders from metro areas are dispatched closer to the delivery window.
- We may automatically upgrade shipping to express at no extra cost to meet delivery timelines.

No Delivery Estimate Provided?
If you didn’t receive an estimated delivery date when ordering, here’s why:
- The item was a pre-order or backorder.
- There were stock changes at the time of checkout.
✅ Visit the product page again — you may find faster shipping options or alternatives available for immediate delivery.
Pro Tip: Items with different prices often reflect different delivery speeds. Choosing slightly higher-priced options sometimes means quicker shipping!
