Tracking Your Package
You can easily track your Suppcity.com.au order from start to finish using one of the methods below.
How to Track Your Order
- Log in to your Suppcity account and visit Your Orders to view your tracking link and estimated delivery status.
- Check your email: Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link and carrier information.
- Contact us: If you cannot find your tracking details, email us at support@suppcity.com.au and we’ll resend your tracking information.
Track Directly via Courier
Once you have your tracking code, you can monitor your shipment directly using the courier’s tracking website:
Multiple Items or Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times. You can view all tracking numbers under Your Orders.
Package Still Not Delivered?
- If the estimated delivery date has passed without an update, allow an additional 1–2 business days as delays may occur due to courier congestion or weather events.
- If tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, visit our Find a Missing Item page for step-by-step help.
No Tracking Information?
If no tracking number appears on your order page, it may be due to:
- A delay in carrier scan updates.
- Technical sync delays between our warehouse and your account.
