Pending Charges for Cancelled Orders

Pending Charges for Cancelled Orders

At Suppcity.com.au, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. However, in some cases, you might notice a temporary charge on your card even after cancelling your order.

Why Pending Charges Appear

When you place an order with us, our system contacts your card-issuing bank to verify that your payment card is valid and has sufficient funds. This process initiates a temporary authorisation hold on your card, even before the actual charge occurs.

If you cancel the order before it is fully processed and charged, the authorisation might still appear on your card balance for a few days. Rest assured, you are not actually billed unless the order is completed and shipped.

When Will the Pending Charge Disappear?

Typically, your bank will release the authorisation hold within up to 7 business days after the cancellation. Some banks may process the release sooner, while others may take the full period depending on their internal policies.

Note: If you wish to remove the pending authorisation faster, you will need to contact your bank directly. Nutricity.com.au cannot expedite this process once the cancellation is confirmed.

Already Charged for a Cancelled Item?

In rare cases where you were already billed before the cancellation was processed, a full refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect back in your bank or card account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Need Help?
