Package Not Delivered?

If your order hasn't arrived and was expected by now, here are the steps you can take to locate your package.


1. Check Multiple Shipments

If your order included more than one item, they may have shipped separately. To track items in another shipment:

  • Log in to your account and visit Your Orders.
  • Select Track Package for each shipment listed under the same order number.

2. For Single-Item Orders

If you only ordered one item and it has not arrived:

  • Verify the shipping address shown under Your Orders.
  • Look for a missed delivery card or notice left by the courier.
  • Check around the delivery location (porch, mailbox, reception, garage, etc.).
  • Ask others in your household or building if they accepted the package on your behalf.
  • Wait an additional 48 hours โ€” in rare cases, tracking may show "delivered" even though the parcel arrives later.

3. Still Canโ€™t Find It?

If none of the above steps help and your order was shipped by Suppcity (not a third-party seller):

If your item was sold and shipped by a third-party seller (rare on Suppcity), you may need to contact the seller directly. If you need help identifying the seller, please reach out to us.


4. Why Contact the Carrier?

You can contact the delivery carrier directly if you have your tracking number. The carrier may be able to:

  • Confirm the delivery location (and time).
  • Provide a photo of where the package was left.

Check Your Orders, click Track Package, and youโ€™ll find the tracking ID listed at the bottom. Use that to contact the appropriate carrier:

Note: Some carriers deliver in the evenings or on weekends. Delivery timeframes vary by location and region.
