Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) 1,500 mcg RAE (5,000 IU). Other ingredients: Purified water, Vegetable glycerine, Sunflower lecithin with tocopherols, MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) oil, Organic acacia gum, Choline bitartrate, Potassium sorbate and Lipid Protect (oleic acid, CoQ10, tocotrienols with carotenoids, CMO (cetyl myristoleate (Kombo nut oil), astaxanthin oil (algae)).

Directions
Take 1 drop daily with food or beverage or as directed by your healthcare professional. This product is intended for use as an oral dietary supplement. Do not put in eye.
