Each serving size (1 softgel) contains: Vitamin E 400 IU (d-alpha Tocopherol), Selenium 50 mcg. Other ingredients: Capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, purified water), beeswax, sunflower lecithin, and safflower oil.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 softgel daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
