Ingredients
Each serving size (1 capsule) contains: zinc (as microencapsulated zinc) 30 mg. Other ingredients: hypoallergenic plant fiber (cellulose), microencapsulated zinc (zinc oxide, pregelatinized rice starch, sucrose esters of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, tricalcium phosphate, rice flour), vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water).

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, with a meal.
