Directions
For immediate support, 6-8 pumps (or 3 mL) in a little water; repeat every 5 minutes (up to 4 times in a row) until desired effect is achieved. Repeat as needed. To move through persistent discomforts, 6 pumps (or 3 mL) every 1-3 hours for a day or two, then taper off to 3-4x/day
