Ingredients
Cold pressed black cumin seed oil standardized to contain 3% thymoquinone 500mg, Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 250 IU, Lutein 10mg, Zeaxanthin 2mg

Directions
Take 0.55ml (about half a dropper full) twice daily, once in the morning and in the evening, with or without food. If taking with thyroid medication, use 30-60 minutes before or after.
