Other ingredients: Gelatin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water), natural lemon flavor, proprietary natural tocopherols and rosemary leaf antioxidant blend. Contains: fish (cod).

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, with a meal.
