Directions
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet in the evening. Start out with one tablet in the evening on an empty stomach. When you experience loose stool, simply decrease the dosage by 1 tablet. maintain the lower experience 2-3 bowel movements per day on your own. Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day.
