Ingredients
Poria sclerotium, Mother of pearl, Curculigo rhizome, Magnetite, Fo-ti stem, Uncaria rhynchophylla stem, Wheat immature grain, Rehmannia root tuber, Rehmannia cured root tuber, Asian water plantain rhizome, Ophiopogon root tuber, Scrophularia root, Schisandra fruit, Fo-ti cured root tuber, Tree peony root bark. Other ingredients: corn starch (non-GMO), dextrin, magnesium stearate.

Directions
The standard dosage for Menoplease is 5 tablets or pills each time, taken 2 to 3 times daily with or before meals. One bottle lasts users 2 to 3 weeks. The dose may be doubled for a quicker and stronger response as needed. Menoplease is a tonic and therefore it usually takes time before its effects become apparent.
