Ingredients
Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate, buffered), Folate (as L-5 Methylfolate), Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), Calcium (from calcium ascorbate), Iron (as aspartate, ferrous succinate, ferrous fumarate), Yellow dock root (Rumex crispus), Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale), Nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica). Other ingredients: Vegan capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), Calcium laurate.

Directions
Suggested Use: One (1) capsule daily, with food. Iron products should be taken under the supervision of a physician.
