Directions
As a dietary supplement, begin taking one tablet with food for the first 12 days. If, after the first 12 days you feel the need to increase to more than a single tablet per day, you may increase one tablet every 12 days to a maximum of 3 tablets per day. Allow 8 weeks to assess a full response.
