Ginkgo Biloba: contains Ginkgolide B, a natural form of PAF (anti-platelet activating factor) involved in disrupting the brain, a process shown to be linked to the creation of headaches. Ginkgo Biloba has been shown to have several medicinal properties that may assist with headaches, such as dilation of blood vessels in the brain, regulation of neurotransmitters, reducing blood viscosity, and the neutralization of oxygen free radicals. To achieve the best results, use the product for a minimum of 90 days with one capsule in the morning and one at night.
