Directions
Adult and adolescent taking Equilib capsules: If no pre existing digestive issues such as IBS, chronic diarrhea, colitis, Crohn's disease or other gut issues or known sensitivities exist, start with one Equilib capsule per meal, then each day increase by one more capsule per meal to the maximum dose of eight per meal (24/day), as tolerated. Over time, most participants have then been able to reduce their Equilib dose 25-75% while retaining their level of wellness. When in doubt, ask.For those with any of the above conditions or any known hypersensitivities, start with just one Equilib capsule with food. Increase by one more Equilib capsule (with food) each day, to the maximum dose of eight per meal (24/day), as tolerated. It will take twenty four days to reach the maximum dose with this schedule. Over time, most participants have been able to reduce their Equilib dose 25-75% while retaining their level of wellness.Children taking Equilib capsules: For children three to eight years of age, the maximum daily dose is one capsule per year of age total then divided into three doses with meals. For children nine to eleven, the maximum dose will range from four to six capsules per meal (twelve to eighteen capsules per day total), as directed by your health care professional or support person.
