Safety Information
Attention: This product contains Niacin and may cause flushing in a small percentage of users. Niacin flush is an infrequent response to niacin that is completely harmless and easily detected. Flush-prone individuals may prevent flushing by taking capsules with a meal and avoiding alcohol or hot drinks for 90 minutes thereafter. Furthermore, taking a low dose (81mg) of aspirin prior to supplementation may help to prevent flushing, as well. Rare, benign symptoms of niacin flush, including mild heat, rash, itchiness, or dizziness lasting between 10-60 minutes are easily mitigated with aspirin or antihistamines and 2-3 glasses of water.

Directions
