It achieves a constant delivery of vitamin C into the skin and has antioxidative effects. It offers a more stable form of vitamin C, however, the antioxidant properties of magnesium ascorbyl phosphate are much weaker than those of L-ascorbic acid. L-ascorbic acid is by far the most effective vitamin C with the greatest capability of neutralizing free radicals. USAGE This is a cosmetic raw material and is meant for external use only in cosmetic formulations.
