DIM (Diindolylmethane) is a plant indole/compound. Plant Indoles are found in all cruciferous vegetables. Cruciferous vegetables include cabbage, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and cauliflower. Dosages - Women 150mg daily taken with food. Men 300mg per day taken with food. Pregnant women should consult their doctors before taking this product. Harmless changes in urine color may occur with the use of DIM supplements with even mild dehydration. This color reflects the presence of DIM metabolites that have an amber color. Individuals who eat large amounts of DIM containing cruciferous vegetables would also notice similarly colored urine.
