When Are Signatures Required for Delivery?

At Suppcity.com.au, we prioritise the safe and secure delivery of your purchases. For certain high-value or oversized items, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your parcel reaches the correct recipient.

When You May Be Asked for a Signature

  • Large or bulky goods (e.g., treadmills, weight sets, oversized TVs, major appliances)
  • High-value electronics (e.g., laptops, premium headphones, gaming consoles)
  • Age-restricted products (e.g., alcohol, certain supplements requiring ID verification)
  • Luxury goods (e.g., designer items, high-end fitness gear)

Products that require a signature will have a clear notice during checkout and on your order confirmation page.

If You’re Not Home to Sign

Before Shipment

  • Visit your Order History to update your delivery address if your order hasn't shipped yet.
  • Orders from third-party sellers may allow address changes — use "Contact Seller" in your order dashboard. (Changes aren't guaranteed once processing begins.)

After Shipment

  • Organise for someone at your address to receive and sign for the package (except for age-restricted products, where ID verification is mandatory).
  • Check your tracking details to reschedule delivery or organise pickup with the carrier if necessary.
  • Follow instructions on any "We Missed You" card left by the courier to collect your package or arrange redelivery.

Note: Signature-required deliveries cannot be left unattended or redirected to a Parcel Locker.

Age-Restricted Deliveries

If your order includes age-restricted items, the person receiving the delivery must show a valid photo ID proving they meet the legal age requirement. No exceptions apply.
