Large & Bulky Item Delivery

Suppcity Australia offers a wide range of oversized and heavyweight products, also known as Large Items. These items require special handling and delivery arrangements depending on your address and the courier partner involved.

Delivery Methods for Large Items

  • Scheduled Delivery: Available in metro areas and select regions, allowing you to choose a preferred delivery time.
  • Standard Delivery: Available in most areas, where delivery is made without a pre-arranged appointment window.

You can check eligibility for these services by entering your postcode at checkout or on the product page.

Scheduled Delivery (Where Offered)

When Scheduled Delivery is available:

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a 12-hour initial window.
  • Closer to the delivery day, this narrows to a 3-hour window via SMS or phone call.
  • Scheduled delivery is not available to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

If you need to reschedule after placing an order, please contact us during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM AEST).

Standard Delivery for Large Items

In regions where Scheduled Delivery isn't available, standard freight couriers will deliver your Large Items. Key things to note:

  • If no one is home, drivers may leave items in a safe location if possible.
  • Items requiring multiple delivery attempts (e.g., due to access issues) may eventually be returned for a refund.
  • Please ensure that doorways, stairwells, and hallways can accommodate the item’s size before ordering.

Important: Delivery includes doorstep drop-off only — it does not cover installation, packaging removal, or old item disposal services.

Items Shipped by Third-Party Suppliers

Some large products are dispatched directly by our trusted third-party suppliers:

  • Someone may need to be present to accept delivery.
  • Refer to the product page for specific shipping terms from third-party sellers.
  • For some high-value items, ID verification may be required at delivery.

Returning Large Items

If you need to return a bulky or heavy item:

  • Start your return from the Your Orders page.
  • Return pickup and label instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

All returns for Large Items are subject to our Refund Policy and the conditions outlined for oversized items.
