How Refunds Are Issued

Most refunds at Suppcity are issued based on the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We aim to process refunds quickly and notify you at every step.

Tracking the Status of Your Refund

You can check the status of your refund by:

  • Reviewing your order history via the "Your Orders" section of your account.
  • Checking your payment account or transaction history for refunded credits.
  • If your order was purchased with store credit or a Suppcity Gift Card, you can check your updated Gift Card Balance.

If you're unable to locate your refund, please contact your bank directly after verifying that the refund processing time has elapsed. You may also contact us with your order ID for further assistance.

Refund Timelines

Once we receive and process your return, we will send a Refund Confirmation Email. If you haven’t received this email, your return has likely not been processed yet. Once received, please allow 1–5 business days for us to finalize the refund.

Currency and International Refunds

If you placed an order from New Zealand, the refund will be issued in AUD based on the currency exchange rate at the time of the refund. International returns can take up to 30 days to arrive. Refunds are processed within 1–5 business days after receipt of the returned item.

What If My Refund Hasn’t Arrived?

  • Ensure the refund time listed for your payment method has passed.
  • Check your bank or card statement for a credit from “Suppcity” or your order ID.
  • If paid via gift card, check your gift card balance for the refund credit.
  • If you still don’t see it, please contact our support team.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
  • If requested, we may issue refunds to your Suppcity Gift Card balance (unless your payment was made with a promotional code).
  • If your financial institution cannot locate the refund, we may be able to provide a reference number for you to share with your bank.
