Check the Status of Your Refund
We understand that once you've returned an item, you're eager to receive your refund. Here’s how our refund process works, and what to expect once your return is processed.
Step 1: Return Received or Marked Lost
Once your returned item is either delivered to our facility or officially confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we begin processing your refund. This usually happens within 1 business day of confirmation.
Step 2: Refund Confirmation Email
After initiating the refund, you will receive an email from us with the subject line: Refund Issued. This email confirms that your refund has been successfully processed on our end.
Step 3: Bank Processing Time
Refunds typically take up to 2 business days to appear in your bank account or credit card statement after we’ve issued the confirmation email. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your financial institution.
What If You Don’t See the Refund?
If it has been more than 2 business days since you received our refund confirmation email and the credit hasn’t appeared on your statement:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider first.
- Ensure that the card or account used during checkout is the one you're checking.
- Look for a transaction labeled “Suppcity” or your order ID.
