Australia Post Dropoff

Return a Package at an Australia Post Drop-Off Location

If you are returning an eligible item and home pickup is not available in your area, you may return your package at a supported Australia Post Drop-Off location.

During the returns process, we will provide one of the following options:

  • A prepaid return label to print and attach to your package.
  • A no-label drop-off code that can be scanned at the post office using your mobile device.

Where Can You Drop Off Your Return?

Drop-offs are supported only at the following types of Australia Post locations:

  • Post Office (Label and No-label drop-off supported)
  • Parcel Locker (Label required; no-label drop-off not supported)
  • Red Street Posting Box (Label required; no-label drop-off not supported)

Steps to Drop Off Your Package

  1. During the return process, we will generate your Australia Post return label or code.
  2. You’ll be shown a link to the Australia Post Drop-Off Locator to find nearby locations using your postcode.
  3. Ensure your package does not exceed the following maximum dimensions:
    • Weight: 22 kg
    • Length: 105 cm
    • Width: 105 cm
    • Height: 105 cm
    • Volume: 250,000 cubic cm

If You Have a Printed Label:

  • Print and attach the return label securely to the outside of the package.
  • Drop it off at an eligible Post Office, Parcel Locker, or Red Posting Box.
  • Ensure the tracking barcode is clearly visible.

If You Have a No-Label Drop-Off Code:

  • No printing is required. Present your digital return code on your phone at the post office counter.
  • Note: The return code becomes active 30 minutes after it is generated. Arriving earlier may cause scanning issues.

What Happens After You Drop It Off?

  • For returns dropped at a Post Office, you will receive a receipt as proof of return. Keep this for your records.
  • Returns dropped at Parcel Lockers or Red Posting Boxes do not provide a receipt.
  • We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed by Australia Post.

In Case of Scan or Label Issues

  • If the barcode or return code cannot be scanned, the post office staff can manually enter the tracking ID printed on your label.
  • If the label or code is unreadable, you may be asked to reprint the return label.

Important Notes

  • Please only include the Suppcity return item in your parcel. We are not responsible for items not related to your order.
  • You can only use this drop-off option if a return label or QR code was generated during your return request.
  • If this option is not shown during the return process, you must choose an alternative return method.
  • Check your selected Australia Post location’s operating hours before visiting.
